today

Breakfast: Bagel with cheese and turkey, Orange juice
Snack: cookie and small coke
Lunch
: 4 slices of turkey and 4 slices of provolone cheese
Dinner: 3 cokes, salad, chicken parm.

I need to exercise...it's been hard...this weekend is pretty busy and this week has been stressful....I know that's no excuse. I'm going to have to work out tomorrow and Monday.

As for the photo I posted in my Goals entry, I know most people would say that that body is unrealistic and fake and unattainable. Just because she was in Playboy, doesn't mean she's fake. I don't know. I think I've always had this like, fantasy (and when I say fantasy, I don't mean something naughty...what I mean is that it's something I would secretly want to do, but never ever really would) of posing for Playboy. My inspiration for this blog, Elizabeth, told me that I really need to keep my goals in mind and have them out there.
