Sigh...I'm Tired.
So, yesterday was my birthday. Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Whole Wheat bagel, Cheese, turkey
Lunch: 2 italian season chicken tenders
Dinner: Liangs bistro sesame chicken with BROWN RICE
