Breakfast: Orange Juice, whole wheat bagel with cheese and two slices of turkey
Lunch: small tortilla, light mayo, mustard, approx. 4 slices of cheddar and 5 slices of turkey
Dinner: ok, I can't remember the name but it was 8inch wheat sub with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato(I think), no ham, light mayo and mustard.
The workout tonight was more difficult than the first. we used these stretchy ropes and did lots of squats.
