Remember....

I've been slacking and I don't know why. Every time I make a little progress, I sabotage it. And I don't know why.

This Weekend

Friday
Breakfast: Panera breakfast sammich and Berry Fullfilling Smoothie
Lunch: turkey wrap with lettuce, cheese, honey mustard
Dinner: 3 SMALL California Pizza Kitchen slices of 5 cheese pizza

Saturday
Breakfast: can't remember...i'm sure it will come to me
Lunch: can't remember this either....
Dinner: chicken Tikka with some rice and some Nan and fruit and whipped cream for dessert

Sunday:
Breakfast: fruit and whipped cream
Lunch: chicken sandwhich from BK...=(
Dinner: Publix sub

Monday:
Brunch: some pizza slices...supreme pizza...it was waaaaaaaay too salty for my liking
Dinner: one fajita with 3 peices of steak, some peppers and onions, slight sour cream and shredded cheese.

Woah..it's been ages

wow. Okay, so I've been slacking. Today I DRANK Muscle Milk for breakfast. For lunch I caved and ate a Oldtimer cheeseburger with fries and mayo. Not quite sure what to eat for dinner...

today

Breakfast: Bagel with cheese and turkey, Orange juice
Snack: cookie and small coke
Lunch
: 4 slices of turkey and 4 slices of provolone cheese
Dinner: 3 cokes, salad, chicken parm.

I need to exercise...it's been hard...this weekend is pretty busy and this week has been stressful....I know that's no excuse. I'm going to have to work out tomorrow and Monday.

As for the photo I posted in my Goals entry, I know most people would say that that body is unrealistic and fake and unattainable. Just because she was in Playboy, doesn't mean she's fake. I don't know. I think I've always had this like, fantasy (and when I say fantasy, I don't mean something naughty...what I mean is that it's something I would secretly want to do, but never ever really would) of posing for Playboy. My inspiration for this blog, Elizabeth, told me that I really need to keep my goals in mind and have them out there.

Sigh...I'm Tired.

So, yesterday was my birthday. Here's what I ate:

Breakfast: Whole Wheat bagel, Cheese, turkey
Lunch: 2 italian season chicken tenders
Dinner: Liangs bistro sesame chicken with BROWN RICE

My Goals

I realized that I never really posted my goals. My goal is to lose weight and be a size ten again. Although I have a lot of stretch marks, I'd really like to be able to wear a bikini this summer for the first time since I was a little girl.

I'd really love to look like this:

Tomorrow is my Birthdaaaaaaaaaaaay

Okay, so today i had a wheat grain bagel thing with cheddar and provolone cheese and some Boars Head Everroast chicken. For lunch I had a bag of 94% fat free popcorn and linguine with tomato sauce for dinner. I also had one Sprite.

Tomorrow is my birthday!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
